TAP Pro Day Prep Preview

Pro Day Prep provides athletes with the tools that TAP uses to prepare their high school and NCAA clients for NFL Pro Day & Combine. The Program is intended for beginners but covers fundamental principles that are relevant for athletes of all levels.
Pro Day Prep is designed to be completed in 8-12 weeks. We encourage athletes to review one segment of The Program per week and practice the drills on their own.
